About Me

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University and my clinical training was completed at Norman Fixel Neurological Institute in Gainesville, FL. Following this I pursued specialized Neurological Certification.

I am also certified in Parkinson's Wellness Recovery. My mission is to guide my patients back to the beauty of movement and refuel their confidence despite their new limitations. Throughout all the loss and frustration, there is hope.

Approach to Care

My approach involves a thorough initial assessment where I examine you as person, not a diagnosis, going through each part of your body. This is followed by tailored treatment approaches that are designed to fit you and your needs. When you complete physical therapy with me it is more than movement and exercises, I will be your guide and your cheerleader as we progress forward together.

What to Expect in the First Session

Your initial evaluation with me is not a specific time, it is whatever your needs require. I will fully assess each part of your movement and functional capacity to build a picture of your unique individual needs. We will discuss and problem solve realistic goals together and through a combination of hands on, telehealth, and personalized home programs we will work step by step to accomplish your goals.
