I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO. I specialize in pelvic health for both men and women, as well as sports injury and prevention. I also treat many individuals who have pain from hypermobility, including those with hEDS.
I have 10 total years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, in addition to my 4 years as a physical therapist. I am a former competitive powerlifter, and currently love exploring the mountains of Colorado with many snowboarding and hiking trips!
I provide holistic care to help people return to the activities they love pain-free. I help patients build resilience and strength through movement to prevent future pain and injury from occurring. While building up strength and proper movement mechanics with activity is important, I also believe our nutrition, lifestyle choices, and emotional health plays a role in how our bodies move and feel. I blend my background as a physical therapist, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and athlete to create a well-rounded approach to care.
My clients can expect to have a good understanding of what factors have contributed to their symptoms, and actionable steps to immediately start implementing to improve pain. I aim to help people understand what their care will look like moving forwards, to help them get back to the activities they love pain-free. My goal is always to get people back to moving and feeling better - and then help elevate their health beyond the minimum to prevent pain in the future.
