About me

I grew up in Southern California. I received my doctorate in PT from Loma Linda university, a school and hospital that promotes whole person care. I have experience treating all ages in many different settings. I’m an Ironman triathlete, 500 hour yoga teacher, and mother of two young daughters.

My approach to care

My approach to physical therapy comes from a whole person holistic approach. People need an individualized plan of care because we are all different. Physical therapy goals should be patient driven for what matters to them in their unique lives.

What my clients can expect from our first session together

My clients should feel empowered and motivated after their first session with me. I’d like for them to accept that it will be hard work but they will have support and guidance throughout the process. Clients can expect to know what their goals and plan of care are.

How I see patients

Mobile Health: Traveling to patients at various locations, such as homes, gyms, or offices.
Telehealth: Providing virtual care via video calls for remote consultations and follow-ups.
