I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2020 and completed advanced orthopedic (2022) and sports (2024) physical therapy residencies through Adventist Health Glendale. My approach focuses on identifying the why behind your pain and creating a highly individualized plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you enjoy. I value clear communication, hands-on care, and progressive exercise, and I believe physical therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
