Frequently asked questions

How quickly will my patients be seen?

Most patients have a first visit scheduled within a few days. We start outreach the same or next business day after receiving the referral, which helps keep patients from falling out of the funnel.

What insurance do you accept?

We're in-network with Medicare, Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, HealthSpring, and other major plans. We verify each patient's benefits before the first visit so there are no surprise costs.

Will patients see the same physical therapist each visit?

Yes. Continuity is built in — each patient is matched with a licensed physical therapist for their evaluation and every follow-up visit on the same plan of care.

How do I refer a patient?

Referrals fit into your existing workflow. Fax or use our short web form. We handle insurance verification, patient outreach, scheduling, and progress notes back to your office.

Do you treat a wide range of conditions?

Yes. Our PTs treat back, neck, knee, shoulder, and hip pain, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, sciatica, mobility and balance issues, and more — anything appropriate for outpatient conservative care.

Will I get progress notes?

Yes. We send the plan of care and ongoing progress notes back to the referring provider by fax.
