“My treatment philosophy focuses on individualized, patient-centered care that meets people where they are in their recovery. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury, by addressing strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in everyday activities.”

Frequently asked questions

Do residents need to be homebound?

No. This is outpatient physical therapy under Medicare Part B, so there's no homebound requirement.

Does assisted living count as home for Medicare Part B?

Yes. Outpatient physical therapy under Medicare Part B can be provided where a resident lives in assisted or independent living, the same as a private home.

Can you treat residents who are on home health?

Not at the same time. While a resident is on a home health plan of care, the agency provides their therapy. We start once their home health episode ends.

Do residents need a doctor's referral?

We take care of it. We send the plan of care to your resident's doctor for signature, so your staff doesn't have to chase it.

Can family members be trained too?

Yes. Family caregivers can get their own training sessions with your resident's physical therapist, in person or over video call.

What insurance do you accept?

Visits are covered by Medicare Part B. We're also in-network with Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, and other major plans, and we verify each resident's benefits before the first visit.
