How it works
Hand it to your clients at their next visit, or email it to their families.
On our website, they choose a PT and tell us how to reach them.
Their PT calls them or their family to schedule. We handle Medicare.
Evaluations and follow-ups with a licensed PT, where they live. No transportation needed.
Where we visit
Our physical therapists come to your clients at home, all across greater Los Angeles.
Most of your clients pay $0 with Medicare and a supplement
Treated in your client's own home
The same physical therapist every visit
Coordinated care with your client's doctor
For your caregivers

“My treatment philosophy focuses on individualized, patient-centered care that meets people where they are in their recovery. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury, by addressing strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in everyday activities.”
No. This is outpatient physical therapy under Medicare Part B, so there's no homebound requirement.
Not at the same time. While a client is on a home health plan of care, the agency provides their therapy. We start once their home health episode ends.
Yes. We only provide physical therapy. Your caregivers keep providing their day-to-day care.
We take care of it. We send the plan of care to your client's doctor for signature, so your team doesn't have to chase it.
Visits are covered by Medicare Part B. We're also in-network with Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, and other major plans, and we verify each client's benefits before the first visit.
