Jenna Dubiansky, DPT

About Jenna

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2017. I am passionate about helping patients stay active, safe, and independent. I specialize in working with adults in their homes, focusing on helping individuals recover from injuries or surgery, improve strength, and enhance balance. My goal is to support each patient in safely returning to the activities that matter most to them. I believe that personalized, one-on-one care in the home environment leads to meaningful progress and an improved quality of life.

Jenna's approach to care

My treatment philosophy focuses on individualized, patient-centered care that meets people where they are in their recovery. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury, by addressing strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in everyday activities. What makes my approach unique is providing one-on-one care in the home environment, allowing therapy to be tailored to each patient’s real-life challenges and goals. I prioritize education and functional training so patients feel empowered to maintain their progress and independence long after therapy ends.

What to expect in your first session

During the first visit, I take time to get to know you, your health history, and the specific challenges you’re experiencing. I’ll perform a comprehensive evaluation of your strength, balance, mobility, and how you move during everyday activities. We’ll talk about your goals and what you would like to improve so we can create a personalized treatment plan together. Before the visit ends, I’ll begin guiding you through simple exercises and strategies designed to help you feel more confident and start making progress right away.
