About me

An East Coast transplant, I chose California for its active lifestyle, access to natural beauty and healthy fresh food. Since earning my Masters in Physical Therapy at UCSF/SFSU, I have become a broad-based Physical Therapist, with extensive experience in a broad range of practice areas. My favorite part of being a PT is the people- helping patients optimize movement and return to their desired activities, be they athletic pursuits or the ability to walk again. Personally, my favorite activities are skiing, hiking, biking and exploring the world.

My approach to care

I specialize in patient empowerment. Using a collaborative approach, I assist patients in identifying any barriers to optimal movement and health. The body is always healing, and I will help you learn how to work with your body to optimize your recovery. We will work towards your goals together, adjusting and adapting along the way so that you keep forward momentum. I will be encouraging and honest with you.

What my clients can expect from our first session together

We will begin with a thorough evaluation. I will gather details about your physical health, as well as objective measurements of your current physical abilities and limitations (motion, strength, coordination, endurance, balance, etc). We will also discuss your goals for physical therapy and create a plan together. You will leave the session with a better understanding of your current limitations as well as some specific exercises that will get you on the road to recovery.

How I see patients

Mobile Health: Traveling to patients at various locations, such as homes, gyms, or offices.
Home Health: Treating patients in their homes, offering personalized in-home care.
Telehealth: Providing virtual care via video calls for remote consultations and follow-ups.
